Steven C. Brown is regional manager of High Associates Ltd.'s Charlotte, NC office. Mr. Brown and his staff manage the 696,000-square-foot Charlotte office portfolio. This portfolio consists of four office parks — Quorum Business Park, Highland Business Park, Mallard Pointe, and Prosperity Place.
Mr. Brown began his real estate career in 1977 as broker/co-owner of a residential real estate firm in South Carolina for six years prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate. Mr. Brown has spent the last 30 years specializing in office building leasing and property management.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). He holds a B.S. degree from Clemson University in Building Construction.
